And this Fox report certainly does *not* support what 9-11 conspiracy theorists claim about Israel being behind the attacks. Here is a direct quote from the video that undercuts any such claim: "There is no indication that the Israelis were involved in the 9-11 attacks but investigators *suspect* that the Israelis *may have* gathered intelligence *about* the attacks in advance and not shared it." Quite a bit less damning and titillating than the most ardent conspiracy theorists would like, certainly. Yet, obviously, if there is evidence that Israel withheld important information that would have helped us to thwart the attacks launched by Al Qaeda, that needs to come out as well and it needs to be dealt with squarely and firmly.
