There is NO war, as demanded by the Constitution, so why should there be war trials? "Conservatives" are upset that these jihadists will use the trial as their own soapbox, spewing threats of murder, hate, and quoting the Koran. LET THEM. Let them stand there and praise Allah and scream "death to the infidels" all they want! Let them quote the Koran all they want! Let the American people see what Islam really is!! "Conservatives" are also really upset that the jihadists might dare to criticize U.S. foreign policy. Oh, we can't have that, can we? We can't have people telling us that our foreign intervention and unwavering support for Israel are the reasons that they attack us. “Conservatives” are in an uproar over trying these criminals as criminals. Was it not "Dubya" who said that the constitution was just a GD piece of paper? But, I also have some side issues with this position, in my ignorance of the law? I pay taxes......My taxes, against my will, supports weird stuff in the justice dept. And I feel that my VALUE as a U.S. Citizen is sometimes being DEVALUED? Should Non-citizens have the rights of true citizens? Should U.S. citizens be incarcerated in a prison system that also holds Mexican Nationals and Foreigners? Should a U.S. citizen serving a 5 year prison sentence, be stabbed by a foreign national as part of our "Citizens Justice System"?.....I have less rights driving drunk than a foreign national, as local law enforcement has no authority with illegal alliens!
