If you would know what Copenhagen is all about, hearken to this nugget in The Washington Post’s report from the Danish capital:
“Ethiopian Prime Minister Meles Zenawi—who is representing all of Africa here—unveiled his proposal Wednesday for a system in which rich countries would provide money to poor ones to help deal with the effects of climate change. …
“Zenawi said he would accept $30 billion in the short term, rising to $100 billion by 2020. … This was seen as a key concession by developing countries, which had previously spurned that figure … as too low.” [At Copenhagen, both rich and developing nations offer concessions, By Juliet Eilperin and David A. There was a time when a U.S. diplomat would have burst out laughing after listening to a Third World con artist like this.
But not the Obamaites. They are already ponying up.
Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack just pledged $1 billion at Copenhagen to developing countries who preserve their forests. Thus America, $12 trillion in debt and facing a second straight $1.4 trillion deficit, will borrow another $1 billion from China to send to Brazil to bribe them to stop cutting down their trees.
When you slice through the blather about marooned bears and melting ice caps, oceans rising and cities sinking, global warming is a racket and a crock. It is all about money and power.
Copenhagen has always been about an endless transfer of wealth from America, Europe and Japan and creation of a global bureaucracy to control the pace of world economic and industrial development.
End game: enrichment and empowerment of global elites at the expense of Western peoples whose leaders have been bamboozled by con artists.
When Katrina hit New Orleans and the Gulf Coast and Rita came ashore in Texas in 2005, we were told this was due to global warming, and hurricane seasons would now get worse and worse until the world radically reduced the carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.
President Bush ignored the hysteria. What happened?
As Michael Fumento reports, the 2009 hurricane season ended quietly, with the fewest hurricanes since 1997, and not one hurricane made landfall in the United States.
When the feds sought to list the polar bear as an endangered species, Gov. Sarah Palin protested this “politicized science” and sued, claiming the polar bear was a healthy species whose numbers had doubled in recent years.
Was she wrong?
Is the Arctic ice cap melting? So we are told. But what harm has befallen mankind other than to have a Northwest Passage opened up to maritime traffic in the summer?
The Antarctic ice sheet is nine times as large as the Arctic, and here is what the British Antarctic Survey wrote last April:
“(D)uring the winter freeze in Antarctica this ice cover expands to an area roughly twice the size of Europe. Ranging in thickness from less than a meter to several meters, the ice insulates the warm ocean from the frigid atmosphere above. Satellite images show that since the 1970s the extent of Antarctic sea ice has increased at a rate of 100,000 square kilometers a decade.”
One hundred thousand square kilometers a decade?
This would mean Antarctic sea ice expanded by 300,000 square kilometers since the 1970s, or 116,000 square miles, which is an area larger than all of New England.
How can the Antarctic ice cap grow for three decades as the level of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere has steadily increased, unless carbon dioxide has little or nothing to do with global warming?
Unlike the Arctic, Antarctica is a continent, and while chunks of ice are cracking off in Western Antarctica, in Eastern Antarctica, four times larger, the ice sheet is thickening and expanding. The Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research reported last April that the South Pole had shown “significant cooling in recent decades.”
In April 1992, as the alarm over the Earth’s end times began, scientists worldwide issued what was called the Heidelberg Appeal, aimed at just the kind of hysteria we are witnessing now in Copenhagen.
“We are … worried … at the emergence of an irrational ideology which is opposed to scientific and industrial progress and impedes economic and social development,” said the scientists.
“We contend that a Natural State, sometimes idealized by movements with a tendency to look towards the past, does not exist and has probably never existed since man’s first appearance in the biosphere. … (H)umanity has always progressed by increasingly harnessing Nature to its needs and not the reverse.
“We do, however, forewarn the authorities in charge of our planet’s destiny against decisions which are supported by pseudo-scientific arguments or false and non-relevant data.”
Since then, 4,000 scientists and 72 Nobel Prize winners have signed on. Again, it needs be said: Global warming is cyclical, and has been stagnant for a decade. There is no conclusive proof it is manmade, no conclusive proof it is harmful to the planet.

A fine expose of the pseudo-science behind “global warming.” I am sitting in my kitchen in my Maine home. The temperature is -11 degrees F, not unusual for this time of year, but certainly no indication of global warming. I am grateful for prepaid heating oil, warm socks, insulated boots and fleece-lined trousers.
As an aside, I which some publications on the right would stop relying on advets from medical quacks, such as Blaylock, to finance their fine writers and commentators. I’ll grant the left does the same.
Global warming is of course a charade, a pretense based on false science for a power and money grab by the money printers and changers. It is pure propaganda. A global bankster mafia that uses mafia-like tactics to extort the money and labor from people across the globe to pay for (bribe) politicians, media agency time and good bone boys & girls that read all the news that fit to print and aire.
Take Lord Monckton’s recent run in at Copenhagen. When he alluded to the false science upon which the mafia’s current reasoning is based, he was knocked out. Not metaphorically, physically. Will you see this reported by the media agencies? Of course not. What you will see (today) is excessive coverage of a child kidknapping and his hapless father’s legal battle; you’ll see flooding in Florida; a snow storm “warning.” You’ll see Obama running up the metal stairs of Air Force One. Running, mind you. Such good health.
The Party says ice is heavier than water.

The Copenhagen treaty would do nothing to stop global warming, even if you believe in it. Here it is, right from the liberal bastion Time magazine:
“A paper leaked from, and confirmed to be authentic by, the U.N. on Thursday night contains an assessment of the emissions-reduction pledges put forward so far in Copenhagen. It calculates that even if all developed and developing nations keep their promises, atmospheric carbon concentrations would rise as high as 770 parts per million, and temperatures could rise 3°C by the end of the century. The upper safe zone in temperature rise, according to many scientists, is 2°C, and the limit called for by vulnerable island nations is 1.5°C.”
Time put this little jewel in the 10th paragraph of its 12-paragraph piece.
Dear climate alarmists, go ahead and believe the globe is warming, it is catastrophic and it is man-caused. All that makes no difference on whether you should support treaties like Kyoto and Copenhagen, because even if all treaty promises are kept, CO2 would be more than double your magic “350″ level (http://blog.heritage.org/2009/12/14/350-the-most-important-number-in-the-world-for-global-warming/#more-21793 ) and temperatures would rise about as much as anyone feared in the first place.
At what point do even believers see that this is all about wealth transfer and sabotaging capitalism?
To answer the question posed in this article about why an ice cap would increase in size if the planet is warming, here is the factual, scientific answer from understory.ran.org: “The central ice cap in Antarctica, the East Antarctic Ice Sheet, has grown each year between 1993 and 2000. How could this occur as the planet continues to warm and post the hottest temperatures over thousands of years? David Vaughan explains that as more moisture is generated by warmer temps, the normally bone-dry ice sheet has recieved epic amounts of snowfall over the past decade, snowfall that normally would never fall as a result of the extreme dryness of the atmosphere over the ice sheet. Whats more, scientists have figured out that the amount of water now present in the East Antarctic ice sheet is equal to the amount of annual water flowing off of the melting Greenland ice cap.
The best part about this will be watching conservative politicians and wonks use this fact to backup their argument that global warming isn’t occurring due to an expanding ice sheet down south. I am sick and tired of having my tax dollars sent around the world to people and governments who have nothing but contempt for America.
For more years than is acceptable we have given away our wealth, and for what? To have some corrupt “leader” of a third world hellhole tell us we are not doing enough.
This global warming farce is just another way for our enemies to loot our counrty and push us further towards the brink.

The bible says to subdue the earth; be fruitful and multiply. For those who refuse to believe the truth of God’s word God has promised to send a delusion to make them believe the lie. They also want you to limit the number of children you have instead of obeying the command to be fruitful and multiply.
