I am 70 years old and I no longer want the old guard to speak for me. Rubio, Cruz and Paul are the future. I hope I live long enough to see Rubio become President. What a great day that will be!

I registered Democrat when I was old enough. A party with a platform I\'d like to vote for does not seem to exist. Free trade, immigration, U.S. Trade Policy... On some issues Republicans aren\'t conservative enough and I\'m not rich enough for their tax policies.

I hope, sir, that you can find a platform that will allow you to reach as wide an audience as possible.

Pat, you must run for president again or spread your ideas to other candidates on immigration and the decline of white america. We need a strong leader like you, someone whos not afraid to say whats right.

Pat, I just read your article on Nixon and I want to thank you. I am just swamped with work (and the flu) and you mentioning the perserverence of Nixon really raises my spirits. Thank-you!

I have read all of your books and continue to look forward to all of your articles. Thank you for being a true American and for boldly displaying that patriotism. Additionally, you rightfully speak about the need to look out for America first. Entangling alliances and ridiculous commitments have left us exposed and you are the only one talking about this!

I lost hope in America and I am excited to see that there is someone of your status with a clear head and balls enough to speak your mind on politically sensitive topics. Your name was a bad word in my democratic house growing up, but then again so was "God!" I commend you on your dedication to a real vision of America (under God)...and your ability to invent new "talking points." Crack your whip Pat get the base back on track you have the credibility and credentials. PS. I would love to work for you :)

You are right to remind us all that the biggest threat to the US is not Iran, North Korea, Syria etc... but the balooning national debt. Lavish defense spending ends up making a nation less secure when it can no longer service its debts. It's time that the top brass and politicians of both stripes acted in light of this fact instead of maintaining their self serving policies.

Pat, I hope you and whoever we have left in our camp can put some steel in the spines of the GOP in DC regarding the sequester. No matter what vitriol the mainstreammedia hands us, lets push the sequester and just keep telling them that if we cant cut that much out of the government, then the government should give us back the tax increases that they put on net pay starting Jan 01.
My expectation is that after the media blitz about the government workers being furloughed and the poor and downtrodden not being given royal treatment with our money, (not the money of the libs), the GOP will cave.

Thank you, Pat, for putting into Political practice and analysis the words of Jesus, "You will know the truth, and the truth shall set you free."

Just wanted to let you know how much you mean to me. Your knowledge of history and politics is so uncommon in today's media. You would've made a great president. I always look to see what your take is on complex issues and you never disappoint with your thoughtful comments. Sadly, you are a reminder of the America of the past. I don't see us returning to it. Dear Sir, I love your work on foreign policy. Case in point your most recent, "Why are we still on the DMZ?" Brave, brilliant, and right on target. One just does not find this type of, out-side-the-box piece at the Washington Post or New York Times, and that is a shame.

Also, your economic work is outstanding, especially regarding bringing back tariffs in support of US manufacturing.

Now, I may not be with you on some of the social and religious issues, but I heartily thank you Sir for a job well done.

Our embassies are now fortresses guarded in many cases by 20 to 30 Marines, plus State Dept. security agents. In much of the world conventional diplomacy is a thing of the past. Have our various wars on drugs, terror, Al Qiada, preventive wars, economic wars destroyed the usefulness of traditional diplomacy and embassies? Have we entered a new era where maintaining embassies and diplomats abroad no longer serve any useful purpose, except as a target?

The biggest mistake Americans have ever made is not electing you as President. You are a true American. Watch you on Mclaughlin Group. If I ever win the lottery I will hire you to attend a party. By the way, it is illegal to ask a suspected illegal immigrant for ID but not to kill a suspected terrorist. RIP U.S.A. We are becoming a third world country.

Thank you for being one of the view brave voices on the extremely important topic of Israel's all- powerful lobby. It is common knowledge that Israel has a virtual lock on America's foreign policy initiatives. To deny otherwise is pure fantasy.

To my knowledge, during Hagel’s eight hours of testimony, he was not asked a single question regarding Israel’s ongoing policy of illegal settlements in the West Bank. These “settlements” are in violation of International Law, the Geneva Convention and the UN has repeatedly condemned them. Yet, the illegal settlements continue. The Palestinians are being forced to live with this illegal military occupation and watch helplessly while the Israelis continue to steal their land from them, demolishing their homes in the process. What exactly is the policy of the United States government regarding this illegal action by our “greatest ally?”

Whenever anyone questions any Israeli policy, immediately the charge of “anti-Semitic” is made in an attempt to silence all discussion and stop any opposition in its tracks. Pat Buchanan has certainly been the victim of this Saul Alinsky tactic throughout his public life. Question: if it is “anti-Semitic” to question Israeli policies (Invasion of Lebanon 2006, settlements in the West Bank, etc.), why is it that so many Israelis oppose that policy and blame them on radical Zionists? Are they “anti-Semitic” as well? Hardly.
