I asked you at a KMOX Book Club event in St. Louis a couple of years back, \"Have you gotten to the point where you are getting tired of fighting, and now just feel like, since no one is listening, you are just chronicling the demise?\" I think people ARE now listening. I have voted for you in every election that you were on a ballot. Every word that you write, every word that you say on Morning Joe, inspires. I can almost hear the sadness in your written words sometimes. Don\'t be sad or give up hope. I have a beautiful little boy, being raised right. He will read your books and know where it all went wrong. Thanks to you, he will have an example of what it means to be the last man standing. To be principled to your own detriment. To put self aside for what is right. He will know what it means to be great. One day, someone will right a book about the greatest conservative of the 20th Century, he will read that book...about you, too.

I appreciated very much your insight regarding the exporting of US jobs to China and India etc. You should sponsor debates regarding how to return these lost jobs. It is going to be hard to create many jobs in such a weak economy. I heard you this morning on MSNBC Joe. It is imperative to require these corporations to bring back the jobs to stop the American hemorrhage. I don\'t hear enough discussion on this subject. Save America. Thanks for your insight.

In your book, you quote Churchill in 1949 severely criticizing the British war guarantee to Poland in 1939 (that he applauded at the time), so it seems to me that his own words confirm your thesis. Great work!

Please consider running with Ron Paul in 2012. Both of you are straight shooters and we desperately need that since what we have now is a complete disaster. Our country is broke and it needs fixing.

Thank you indeed for your years of dedication and integrity. As a Canadian having grown up with you on Crossfire, I have trouble here in Europe finding journalists with your scope and depth of historical knowledge and insight. Please keep up all the great work.

I never thought that I, a former Democrat (but now a staunch independant), would agree 100% with the views of a conservative. I have followed your columns for a long time, and I have yet to disagree with anything you have said. I wish that you would run for President - I am nearly certain you would be elected - to help return our country to its former glory.

Voted for you when you ran for president. Voted for Ron Paul last election and will vote for him this election. I am for freedom and the Constitution. Ron Paul is the only true Statesman running. We all will never agree with anyone 100% but he is the closest we have. He can win! I have heard from a lot of Dems who are voting for Ron Paul because even they will not vote for Obama. I am left leaning Centrist and agree with you 99% of the time. Please don't ever stop your crusade for truth.
