MMP Coup d’état Update

Here’s the latest news on the coup d’état attempt by the 3 MMP Hijackers: Deborah Courtney, Marvin Stewart, and Barbara Coe… And what we are doing to fight back! Last night they locked us out of the minutemanproject.com website. They removed our press release but left the rest of the site as is. So when you went to visit it there was nothing unusual — It just looked like it has not been updated in a while. I think the hosting company for the site has locked the Hijackers out as well because I was able to change several of the graphics on the www.minutemanproject.com site and as of right now they are still there. If the Hijackers are indeed prevented from editing the website, then they must be tearing their freakin’ hair out over what I did to the graphics on the site and wondering how I was able to do it. Sometimes I even surprise myself! I had a heckava lot of fun creating them and hopefully they will stay on the site. Check it out before they change them back…

Here is the latest update sent to our FTC email list at 11:00pm ET

Dear Friends,

Sorry for having to use this list again for Minuteman Project news but I have no other choice. I went to the website of the company I use to send MMP emails only to find that the Hijackers [those low-down scoundrels] have locked us out. I cannot use it to send the email below to the Minutemen. So as of right now, our FTC list is the only way for Jim Gilchrist or me to communicate with Minuteman Project supporters.

I’m counting on you again Brigade – please get this email posted and forwarded everywhere.

And thank you for all your letters pledging support for Jim. Several thousand have come in just since last night. I am trying to respond to as many as possible and we do read every one of them. Your notes of encouragement are the most important thing to Jim and all of us right now – Thank you!

Here’s the latest news on the coup d’état attempt by the 3 MMP Hijackers: Deborah Courtney, Marvin Stewart, and Barbara Coe…. And what we are doing to fight back!

1. Last night they locked us out of the www.minutemanproject.com website. They removed our press release but left the rest of the site as is. So when you went to visit it there was nothing unusual — It just looked like it has not been updated in a while.

2. I think the hosting company for the site has locked the Hijackers out as well because I was able to change several of the graphics on the minutemanproject.com site and as of right now they are still there. [I cannot change text or other content, just some of the graphics] If the Hijackers are indeed prevented from editing the website, then they must be tearing their freakin’ hair out over what I did to the graphics on the site and wondering how I was able to do it. Sometimes I even surprise myself! I had a heckava lot of fun creating them and hopefully they will stay on the site. Check it out before they change them back.

BTW if you don’t see any black box graphics all over the front page it means they found a way to remove them.

3. Jim Gilchrist is still the sole director/president of the Minuteman Project and the MMP is still pending its 501c4. What is hurting us right now is the Hijackers contacted all our vendors, banks, internet service providers, etc and told them they were in charge of the MMP and to remove Jim Gilchrist from access to any accounts. Now, because the vendors, etc. don’t know what to do or who is telling the truth, we have to go to court on March 21st to prove the Hijackers are the bad guys.

4. We are filing [or have already filed] a Civil Lawsuit against Barbara Coe, Deborah Courtney, Marvin Stewart, and Scott Powelson [he's another Hijacker lurking in the background]. I’m not sure of all that’s included in the lawsuit but it may include: breach of fiduciary responsibilities; interference with contract; slander; libel; defamation of character; and conversion [for the theft of the 20,000 official MMP letterhead stationery with Jim Gilchrist's signature, etc.].

5. We have filed a complaint with the Sheriff’s office for Bank Fraud stemming from the removal of $4,000 from the MMP bank account by Marvin Stewart, Deborah Courtney, and one other unknown individual.

6. We are also subpoenaing the video camera recordings from the bank to find out the identity of the other individual.

7. More lawsuits and legal action are pending including: Violation of Interstate Commerce; Identity Theft; and more.

8. Thousands of emails and calls are coming in from across the USA pledging support for Jim and denouncing the Hijackers.

9. Because we might not have access to the MMP website until a decision is made in court on March 21st, we are building a new site and hope to have it online in the next few days. Until then, feel free to check into my personal website at www.forthecause.us

10. Here’s a recap on what all of us are doing [Thanks to the 3 Hijackers we are not fighting for the Cause, but have to spend all our time cleaning up the mess they made for us]:

Jim Gilchrist is doing media [Newspaper, TV, and Radio] round the clock and trying to keep up with calls and emails.

Tim Bueler is cranking up the media schedule for Jim and he will be writing up more official press releases.

Steve Eichler is doing media as well and staying on top of all the legal issues.

Tommy Crenshaw is focusing on keeping the enemy from our other servers and he is getting the new website configured.

Me? I’m doing email, I’ve already answered hundreds and will never be able to respond to all of them – but every one is read so keep ‘em coming – your letters of support are helping us more than you will ever know! I’m also building the new website, learning the new software, and planning the content.

11. About Jim: He’s tired and he’s dismayed – he seems so sad. His lovely sweet wife Sandy is distraught. She brought these people into their home, made them part of the family… and all the while Coe, Stewart and Courtney were plotting ways to remove Jim Gilchrist from the organization he founded. This has really shaken him up and Sandy is constantly in tears.

Why did these three people, his good friends who he trusted with everything in his life, conspire to destroy him? We will never really know what is in their blackened hearts. But their quest for power and money will be foiled. Thanks to your efforts in spreading the word across the USA, their scheme is exposed. And if by some terrible twist of fate they manage to win in court and gain the ownership of the MMP the world will know what these scoundrels did and the immorality of their actions.

Yet, we know we will win this battle and when we do we will be back and stronger than ever. If one good thing has come of this we have routed out the dead wood from the MMP. They will not be sucking us dry with ever-increasing demands for money – and the nerve they had to call themselves “volunteers!”

Well there is much more to this and I still promise to write up a report about the Hijackers – who they are, where they came from, and how they managed to infiltrate our organization.
