Old news, just a different administration. Once the genie is out of the bottle, it can't be put back in. Just like gunpowder and rifles, it will be spread around the world. All anyone can do is appeal to the common sense of the people in those countries, that total death and destruction isn't good for their lives, their families and their country itself. The people in these countries will keep nuclear weapons under control, as it's personal not just geopolitical then. Let the fear of nuclear weapons keep the world from going to WWIII (or WWIV), as it did between the USSR and the USA (oh, how this reminds me of the early 80s, only thing missing is the 2009 redition of "You Dropped the Bomb on Me").
